No Guarantee of Results
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competition, your market, and your own responsiveness. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or other results. Any examples or estimates are illustrative and not a promise of performance.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to accounts, assets, and approvals we need to perform the Services.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content, logos, or materials you provide to us.
- Comply with the terms and policies of third-party platforms (such as Google and Meta).
Fees & Payment
Fees, billing schedule, and payment terms will be set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable once work has begun.
Dotnet Media Group SMS Terms & Conditions
Program name: Dotnet Media Group Text Messaging. By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Dotnet Media Group at the mobile number you provide.
Message purpose and type: Dotnet Media Group sends conversational and informational messages related to your inquiry, including follow-up on your free marketing audit request, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, responses to your questions, and service updates for your account.
