Google User Data
When a client engages Dotnet Media Group to manage their Google Business Profile, that client authorizes our access through Google's standard OAuth consent flow. We access their Business Profile data only through Google's Business Profile APIs, and only to perform the profile management services that client has engaged us for — publishing profile updates, monitoring and responding to reviews, keeping business information accurate, and reporting on profile performance.
We store the authorization credentials for that access in encrypted form. We do not sell this data, we do not transfer it to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or for any purpose other than delivering the services the client has requested. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
A client may revoke our access at any time, either through their own Google account settings or by contacting us. When a client ends their engagement or revokes access, we delete the stored credentials, revoke them with Google, and remove the associated profile data from our systems.
Data Retention & Security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices & Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children's Privacy
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
